Kenya Trip 2015 - Great Success!
The trip was a great success and strengthened the link between the two schools.
This Summer Mrs Barton and Miss Watt visited our link school, Kilimo High, in Kenya. Their time was spent working and interacting with pupils of all ages including nursery children. This enabled them and the staff of Kilmo to share and develop strategies and ideas for delivering all aspects of the curriculum. In addition, Pastoral and Special Educational Needs practice was discussed so that Kilimo and their neighbouring feeder schools can begin to introduce inclusion into their main- stream.
The trip was a great success and strengthened the link between the two schools. We look forward to continuing with our friendship and welcoming visitors in the future.
