Sir John Deane's Science Visits
As part of improving pupil opportunities and awareness of Science at post 16, Year 11, have again completed another successful year of visiting Sir John Deane’s College.
As part of improving pupil opportunities and awareness of Science at post 16, Year 11 have again completed another successful year of visiting Sir John Deane’s College. They have attended master classes in Biology, Chemistry and Physics and most recently taken part in Electronics, Computing and Psychology classes. The aim is to give the pupils a snapshot of A level subjects and hopefully increase the uptake of A level Science at the college. The pupils have all responded extremely positively to the experience and I would like to thank Mr Bayley, staff at SJD college and all the pupils.
