Hello everyone,
Hopefully you found yesterday's affirmation shower useful or at least enjoyable. Thinking positively isn't going to make it all ok but by changing our mindset and having a variety of coping strategies, we can change the way we react to situations like this. Today I have a great mindfulness activity booklet. When we practise mindfulness, our thoughts tune into what we are sensing in the present moment rather than rehashing the past or imagining the future. It's a great grounding tool. Let me know how you get on, what works and what you're enjoying.
